Welcome to the Humanities Initiative

Colleagues in the humanities at NYU have been busy, as the 2009 publication list shows: over 150 books were published by American presses in humanities-related disciplines by our faculty and students in their roles as authors, editors, and translators. On April 14, 2010, the Initiative and NYU Press held the annual "Cocktails for NYU Humanities Authors" at the Humanities Initiative's new space at 20 Cooper Square. We look forward to welcoming more authors in 2011!
